Our office is Certified as a Course Provider to conduct Bureau of Automotive Repair Remedial Training for any size organization. The number of participants is unlimited.
The training will include the required Remedial Training Course Content required per California Code of Regulations § 3395.7 including but not limited to:
- Estimate Requirements (section 3353);
- Customer Authorization (sections 3353.1, 3353.2, and 3354);
- Invoice Requirements (section 3356);
- Accepted Trade Standards (Article 8);
- Sublet Repair (section 3353(d));
- Return of Parts (section 3355);
- Advertising Requirements (section 3372.1);
- Guarantees and Warranties (sections 3375, 3376, and 3377)
- Maintenance of Records (section 3358);
Each BAR Certified Remedial Training Course will include Write it Right Training on documenting proper estimates, work orders, and final invoices.
Each course will be custom tailored to address your specific area of licensed Automotive activity – from Smog Testing to General Repair to Auto Body Work.
This course will qualify under California Code of Regulations § 3394.55 for Nondisclosure of Citation for Automotive Repair Dealers if a citation has been issued.

Free BAR Training Programs by a BAR Certified Remedial Trainer
We will be offering Free Live Zoom BAR Training Programs throughout the year. These will be short 1-hour live training programs discussing various Bureau of Automotive Repair Laws and Regulations. These programs do not qualify under CCR § 3395.7 as certified remedial training.
