If a government employee tells you to do something, do you have any rights? Well, under the present circumstances, we might not be so sure. But leaving Coronavirus aside, you might realize that you DO have rights. To the best of our knowledge, they have NOT suspended the constitution in California. At least, not yet.
We all know that SMOG in California is a big problem and is something that needs to be tackled. We want our air clean and free from impurities that can cause disease.
Receiving a citation is never fun. Even if it is a speeding citation from Californiaโs Highway Patrol it can make you nervous. Sure, thereโs the fine. Then thereโs the ding to your license, and your insurance will go up. But at least you can keep driving.
